A critical review of the empirical evidence on alcohol availability in the UK policy context

Off-License SignThere have been repeated calls for public health to play a greater role in the UK’s licensing system for alcohol outlets. New research from ScHARR’s Alcohol Research Group takes a critical look at the evidence behind those calls and the difficulties of translating evidence into policy in this area.
